Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Free Trial
All new companies receive a 14-day free trial with 10-project access. No payment information is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be restricted from creating new projects but existing data will be preserved.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription settings page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- After the period ends, your account reverts to restricted mode (no new project creation).
- Your existing data (projects, tasks, comments) is preserved and accessible in read-only mode for 90 days.
3. Refund for Annual Plans
- Within 30 days: Full refund available. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund of the annual subscription fee.
- After 30 days: No refund is available for annual plans after 30 days from the date of purchase. You may cancel and use the Service until the end of the billing period.
4. Refund for Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and service continues until the end of the current monthly billing period.
5. Add-on Cancellation
- Project Add-ons: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your project quota will be reduced accordingly. Existing projects exceeding the reduced quota will remain accessible but no new projects can be created until under quota.
- AI Agent Add-on: Cancellation is immediate upon request for monthly plans. AI features will be disabled upon cancellation.
6. Lifetime Access
Lifetime access is granted at the sole discretion of ProjectFlow Technologies administration. Lifetime access is non-refundable and non-transferable. It may be revoked if the account violates our Terms of Service.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with your company name, account email, and reason for refund.
- Include your Razorpay transaction ID if available.
- Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
8. Exceptions
- Refunds may be granted outside the standard policy at our discretion in cases of service outage or billing errors.
- If your account was charged due to a billing error, contact us immediately and we will correct the charge and issue a full refund.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our billing team may result in account suspension.
