Payment Terms
1. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Current pricing:
- Base Plan: ₹25,000 per year - Includes 10 projects, unlimited team members, all features.
- Project Add-on: ₹10,000 per year - Adds 5 additional projects to your quota.
- AI Agent Add-on: ₹1,000 per month - Enables AI-powered task generation, summaries, and insights.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until the next renewal cycle.
2. Billing Cycles
- Annual billing: Charged once per year on the subscription start date. Annual plans offer the best value.
- Monthly billing: Available for select add-ons (AI Agent). Charged on the same date each month.
- Billing dates are based on the original subscription date, not calendar months.
3. Auto-Renewal
All paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle via Razorpay. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal. To prevent renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from the Subscription settings page.
4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include:
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express.
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks supported.
- Wallets: Select digital wallets as supported by Razorpay.
We do not store your card details. All payment information is handled securely by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, your subscription enters a "Past Due" state.
- You have a 3-day grace period during which all features remain accessible.
- After the grace period, your subscription is suspended and new project creation is blocked.
- Razorpay will automatically retry failed payments according to their retry schedule.
- You can manually update your payment method and retry from the Subscription page.
- If payment is not resolved within 15 days, the subscription is marked as expired.
6. GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST at 18% will be applied to all subscription charges as required by Indian tax law. The GST amount will be clearly displayed during checkout and on all invoices. Our GSTIN will be displayed on all tax invoices.
7. Invoices
- Tax invoices are generated automatically for every successful payment.
- Invoices are available for download from the Payment History page.
- Invoices include GST breakup, Razorpay transaction ID, and subscription details.

8. Discount Coupons
- Discount coupons may be offered for promotional purposes.
- Coupons are subject to terms specified at the time of issuance (validity period, usage limits, applicable plans).
- Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- The discount is applied at the time of checkout and reflected in the payment amount.
- Coupons have no cash value and are non-transferable.
9. Dispute Resolution
For any billing disputes, contact [email protected] with your account details and transaction information. We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be subject to arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
